ART THERAPIST

Terese Manfredi is a Board Certified Art Therapist at Spectrum Creative Arts, where she builds and implements art therapy and educational programming rooted in a humanistic philosophy. She believes that creativity and the ability to learn are innate in all people. Through art therapy, Terese helps individuals process and regulate emotions, increase self-awareness and autonomy, and strengthen physical and cognitive skills in a supportive and creative environment.

K–12 ART TEACHER

As a K–12 art educator, Terese has had the privilege of working with individuals ages 3 to 103 across a wide range of settings. Her teaching philosophy centers on sparking curiosity, fostering confidence, and creating spaces where people feel comfortable enough to learn, grow, and express themselves creatively. She is passionate about making art accessible and meaningful for learners of all ages and abilities.

WORKING ARTIST

Terese is a multidisciplinary working artist who enjoys exploring a variety of media, with a particular love for drawing, painting, and gel plate printing. Recently, she has developed a line of upcycled creations, including denim bags and accessories, as well as her handcrafted “Found & Bound Journals.” Her artwork reflects a deep appreciation for creativity, sustainability, and the beauty of repurposed materials.
